Change Management Intern– Internship/Coop; Summer
Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a
Change Management Intern
for our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
Formalize and drive the Accessibility & Inclusion Program’s change management strategy.
Plan and execute communications and stakeholder management to ensure buy-in and adoption of new practices.
Find ways to monitor change adoption.
Support with training and documentation, as needed.
Support other program analysis and communications initiatives as needed.
What you bring to the table:
Currently pursuing Master's degree or a Bachelor's, preferably in change management, project management, human system intervention or in a related field
Knowledge of change management frameworks and best practices
Ability to lead the development of, and drive, a change management strategy
Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to VPs
Ability to plan a communications strategy to support change management
Comfort with ambiguity and building a program from the ground up in a corporate environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Bilingualism (French and English)
Necessary to interact regularly with colleagues across the country (only required for candidates in Québec)
Available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 21, 2026
Must be an active student during your internship and returning to school in Fall 2026 following your internship.
