Position: Sr. Project Manager to lead a Digital channel program with our large insurance client
Sr. Project Manager to lead a Digital channel for the Guided Omni program with our large insurance client.
Duration: 6 months with strong possibility of extension.
Job Description
Develop and manage end to end roadmap across multiple workstreams within a projectManage changes to scope, budget and timelines within delegated authority and escalate issues and impediments to stakeholders as necessaryActively manage the plan, scope, risk, dependencies, and resources, resolve conflicting priorities with stakeholders and manage risks/assumptionsDefine and operationalize governances and ways of workingFacilitate optimal realization of benefits, identifying potential gaps in delivery of anticipated program benefits and working with Executive Governance group to explore options. Assess program success and benefits realization.Lead the team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the deliverables under the Program ensuring projects are aligned to established corporate methodologies and best practices.Chairing committees within the governance structureTo join our team:
You have a bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field.(
Required)You have 10-15 years of experience in Program/ Project Management (multi-million-dollar projects/ programs with multiple workstreams) around two or more of the following areas:
Digital Transformation, Guidewire, APIs, Client Onboarding, Customer Success (
Required Skill)Experience with financial services industries (
Strongly Preferred)You worked on large projects and/or programs in complex environments with proven experiences in IT initiatives but also have a business orientation (Required Skill)You have a PMP or PGMP designation (Preferred)Comfort in operating at a macro-level with executives, preparing presentations and, ability to zoom in to be hands-on on an ongoing basis including project level meetings, solving sprint impediments etc.
