PurposeThe Integration Solutions team is a dynamic team focused on adding value to the bank by solving business problems through innovative solutions, leveraging modern tools, fostering a collaborative and creative environment, operating with efficiency, and executing with speed and quality.
Accountabilities- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases based on business and technical requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Support automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Java, Maven, TestNG
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices.
- Prepare documentation such as test strategies, test plans, and exit reports.
- University or College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working within SDLC/TDLC environments.
- Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Experience in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Page Object Model).
- Experience with Excel API and test automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Git.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and mainframe systems for test validation.
- Experience in the Canadian financial services industry is a strong asset.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Innovative and creative problem solver.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. Limited travel globally.
