Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive resource management, capacity planning, and forecasting across our organization. This role is critical to ensuring optimal utilization of talent and resources, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Director will partner with senior leadership to design and implement frameworks that align resource supply with business demand.
Job Requirements- 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or capacity planning in a complex organization.
- Strong background in forecasting, analytics, and operational strategy
. - Experience with resource planning tools and ERP systems
. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based environments
. - Familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar tools
. - Change management and process optimization expertise.
- Develop and lead resource strategy to optimize workforce allocation across projects and functions.
- Own capacity planning and forecasting models to anticipate demand and align resources effectively.
- Implement governance frameworks for resource utilization, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand pipeline, project requirements, and staffing needs.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights on utilization, productivity, and future capacity.
- Drive process improvements in resource planning systems and tools for scalability and efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs related to resource performance, utilization, and forecasting accuracy.
- Lead a team of resource planners and analysts

Compensation :
The expected base salary compensation for this role is $ to $ CAD annually.
