Key Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy

• Define, own, and communicate the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for Sanofi’s global data platform.
• Design the product ecosystem, ensuring seamless interaction between components for an exceptional user and developer experience.
• Build strategic partnerships across digital and business groups to drive adoption and alignment.
• Prioritize initiatives and negotiate trade‑offs across diverse stakeholders.

Execution and Delivery

• Manage the product backlog, set clear priorities, and continuously refine the backlog and release plans.
• Lead a team of Product Owners and Associates, coordinating release plans for the One Mesh vision.
• Partner daily with engineers, data scientists, and scrum masters in an agile pod structure.
• Drive launch readiness, adoption, andlaunch improvements.
• Take ownership of product budget and resource allocation.

User Advocacy and Value

• Act as the internal voice of users across data, ML, and analytics teams.
• Define success metrics, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, including training and onboarding.
• Provide consistent updates to leadership on progress and challenges.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in architecture, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (GxP, SOX, data privacy).
• Facilitate integration across technology products to maintain interoperability.
• Maintain operational excellence and resilience at global scale.

About You Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, connecting priorities to technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills and influence across stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience managing products for data or cloud platforms.
• Track record of guiding large‑scale data platform initiatives.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams, clarifying requirements and ensuring execution.

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 9+’ experience in enterprise data platforms (cloud, data lakes, or relational warehouses).
• Deep understanding of platform technologies (cloud, data, AI) and collaboration with engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists.
• Hands‑on experience with modern cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred) and contemporary data/AI practices (Data Ops, MLOps).
