Seeking an experienced Site Reliability / Dev Ops Engineer to support a market data engineering environment with a focus on monitoring, automation, and Dev Ops pipeline acceleration. This role will lead the deployment of ITRS Analytics in a Kubernetes environment, build observability frameworks using Open Telemetry, and drive improvements in delivery efficiency and operational resilience.

• Deploy and support ITRS Analytics in Kubernetes using FluxCD
• Partner with monitoring engineers to implement Open Telemetry collection and predictive incident capabilities
• Build and maintain Dev Ops automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery and recovery metrics
• Serve as a key contributor and SME for SRE and Dev Ops tooling, practices, and governance
• Support broader technical currency and reliability initiatives across the engineering team
• Train and mentor teams on SRE principles and share best practices

• 10+ years of relevant SRE/Dev Ops experience
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with ITRS Geneos (v7)
• Strong Kubernetes and Git Ops experience (FluxCD)
• Strong scripting/automation experience (Bash, Python, Ansible)
• Strong working knowledge of Git, SSH, and CI/CD practices
• Experience working across multiple interfaces and third parties in monitoring/observability environments
