Job Description

Develop and implement customer engagement strategy, optimizing engagement across the product and service portfolio.

Develop complex and advanced machine learning models that learn from and scale to petabytes of data.

Design and deliver enterprise analytic solutions for customers.

Develop powerful business insights from social, marketing, and industrial data using advanced machine learning techniques.

Provide insight into leading analytic practices and iterative learning cycles, producing innovative analytic solutions as core deliverables.

Conduct internal and external research projects; support development and delivery of presentations and communications to management or broader audiences.

Actively manage relationships within and across business lines, corporate and/or control functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements.

Keep current on emerging trends and developments, and grow knowledge of business, related tools, and techniques.

Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in STEM required (computer science, engineering, math, or physics).

Graduate’s degree preferred with progressive project work experience.

Solid knowledge of applied Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models.

Experience with Optimization and Operations Research methodologies in a commercial marketing context.

Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.

Cloud experience with Azure or AWS and cloud AI/ML services such as Databricks, Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Data Factory.

5+ years of relevant experience.
