What can you expect from this position?
Transform product roadmaps into groundbreaking digital experiences as the Associate Director, Technology Delivery - Commercial Products. Reporting to the Director, Technology Delivery, you'll architect, integrate, and launch secure, high-performance solutions across Digital Channels & Commerce. Lead a team to perform solution design, technical requirements, testing and deployment with vendors while establishing bulletproof observability and incident response. Build and inspire Technology Delivery Managers, drive exceptional vendor performance, and strategically manage technical risk and debt within your domain.

As an Associate Director, Technology Delivery, you will:

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for assigned portfolios, transforming product requirements into innovative solution designs and delivery plans.

Drive strategic planning and prioritization across multiple initiatives, balancing innovation, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.

Oversee backlog execution and release plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in collaboration with product and vendor teams.

Direct domain-level architecture and integration patterns, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient systems aligned with enterprise standards.

Define and enforce non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, and disaster recovery.

Own test strategy and automation, implementing rigorous quality gates and change control to maintain system integrity.

Ensure run-readiness and observability, validating deployment plans, dashboards, and robust incident response mechanisms.

Manage vendor and partner performance for the product, providing technical direction and ensuring deliverables exceed SLAs and acceptance criteria.

Build and develop high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring Technology Delivery Managers and engineers to achieve excellence.

Champion compliance and security standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and enterprise architecture principles.

This is the role for you, if you have:

7+ years in technology delivery/architecture/engineering management in complex environments.

6+ years of people leadership experience, including multi-vendor programs.

Expertise in distributed systems, integrations, APIs/microservices, and cloud-native architecture.

Advanced knowledge of Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, IaC, observability/SRE, and zero-trust security.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.
