Telecom Project Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Telecom Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering telecom network projects within scope, time, and budget. We are looking for a bilingual professional fluent in both French and English to lead our projects and ensure successful communication with our clients and vendors.

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and English
• 5 years of experience in telecom project management, preferably in network deployment or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as Fiber Optics, IP Networking, Wireless, and VoIP
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Experience with risk and issue management, including developing mitigation strategies
• Experience in preparing project plans, progress reports, and technical documentation in French and English

• Plan, execute, and deliver telecom network projects within scope, time, and budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Oversee installation, configuration, and optimization of telecom networks (e.g., fiber, wireless, IPMPLS)
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
