Audit Content Production and Deployment Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp analytical thinker and communicator with experience in systems administration for content production and management. This person will join a team that is supporting the content upload and maintenance in the RWS Tridion docs system.

In this interesting and diverse position, the content production analyst will play a key role as the conduit between our global Audit & Assurance business stakeholders and various subject matter teams as we publish and maintain content for a global user base.

• Working time needs to aligned with US EST hours 8:30am to 5pm
• In Audit & Assurance Products & Solutions, we make an impact by providing content that is used by all Deloitte Audit Practitioners in the execution of Audit & Assurance engagements around the globe.
• You will coordinate with our Global and member firm stakeholders to publish new and updated content, which may be localized for each country around the world.
• Our contributions directly support those engagements and the continued transformation of our Global Audit & Assurance business.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of knowledge management experience, including gathering, writing, revising and releasing content or experience in performing quality reviews of XML based content
• Experience and knowledge of DITA XML and how to author in DITA XML or other XML based formats including Oxygen.
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
• Ability to productively manage and work within an onsite and a virtual team
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Education and Experience:

• College degree (or equivalent) with two to three years of content management experience

Preferred:

• Experience with enterprise content management platforms such as Tridion Docs
