Position: QA Engineer(Pega CDH )

Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for large-scale personalization and decisioning platforms

• Lead QA planning and estimation for projects, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines

• Design and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks and pipelines

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across Pega CDH and integrated Mar Tech platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce quality standards and best practices

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation scripts

• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and reporting metrics

• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

• 6–8 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation and strategy

• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured) and API testing tools

• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation scripting

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices

• Familiarity with performance and security testing tools (JMeter, OWASP ZAP)

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration testing

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
