• 1-3 years Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• A/B testing tools and personalization frameworks

• Familiarity with Mar Tech integrations

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Analytics Consultant to help shape a leading bank’s digital personalization strategy. In this role, you will design and implement measurement solutions for Single Page Applications (SPAs) and mobile apps, while leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to deliver data-driven, personalized customer experiences. The focus will be on strategy, implementation, and optimization of customer journeys and marketing performance.

• Configure and manage AEP for data ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time profile creation.
• Build and maintain audience segments in AEP for targeted marketing and personalization.
• Design and orchestrate personalized customer journeys in AJO across email, push, SMS, and web.
• Run A/B tests on journeys and campaigns; analyze funnels and optimize conversion paths.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams on tagging, personalization, and data governance.
• Ensure data quality through statistical validation, modeling, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Share insights, present findings to stakeholders, and promote analytics best practices.
