** About the Role
** We’re looking for a versatile, curious, and driven individual to join our team as Analyst, Finance Solutions. In this role, you will work with a highly skilled and motivated group, with your efforts directly enabling process modernization and driving a culture of continuous improvement within Finance Operations. You will support the delivery of scalable automation and data analytic solutions for cross-functional process transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
** What You’ll Do
*** Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate Finance Operations processes.
* Support the development of automation solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, ChatGPT, or through collaboration with IT and RPA teams.
* Prepare process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user training materials to support the adoption and sustainability of re-engineered processes.
* Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools to communicate complex operational performance through KPIs, benchmarking, and exception reporting.
* Establish or monitor data pipelines, including accessing raw data feeds, building SQL queries, and preparing structured datasets for analysis and visualization.
* Support change management activities by developing rollout strategies, engaging stakeholders, and incorporating feedback into ongoing process improvements.
* Maintain financial data processes aligned with Finance Operations to ensure quality and readiness for advanced analytics and insight generation.
* Provide ongoing support to process owners through clear governance frameworks, accessible tools, and addressing frequently asked questions.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement by equipping peers and teams with accurate data, best practices, and process guidance for sustained operational excellence.
** Basic Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related field of study.
* 1–2 years of experience in business process engineering, finance process modernization, or as a data analyst.
* Experience in data querying, transformation, and visualization using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
* Strong analytical background with the ability to break down and solve complex problems using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with low-code automation platforms such as Power Automate, Alteryx, or Smartsheet.
* Experience using ChatGPT or other generative AI tools to enhance productivity.
* Experience writing process documentation, training materials, and reports to support change initiatives.
* Self-starter with a curious mindset, quick to adapt in fast-paced environments and committed to continuous improvement.
* Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.

** Toronto The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 – $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
