** What You'll Do
*** Understand key financial reporting data sources for IP development.
* Own the related dataflows, data visualization and key metrics.
* Dissect complex data sets, interpret results critically and derive insights.
* Work with PMO, RND and finance partners to analyze findings and enable data-driven decision making.
** What You'll Need
*** Industrial Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
* 3+ years of experience using Excel, including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
* Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
** It'd Be Amazing If You Had
*** Basic understanding of key financial metrics for purpose of project value assessment.
* Experience with Python, Tableau, Jira and Power

BI.
* Understanding of project development cycle as part of the PMI framework.
