We’re looking for a results‑oriented Scaled Account Manager on our Consumer Electronics (CE) business who is passionate about partnering with our cross‑functional teams to streamline internal processes and support our advertisers to make effective, analytically driven marketing decisions.

As a Scaled Account Manager on our CE business, you manage and deliver against vertical‑level advertiser goals and problems to drive scaled best practices, process improvements, and revenue. You will be able to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet our customers’ business goals. This role is highly collaborative, working with Sales, Creative, Operations, Product, and Retail partners.

The Scaled Account Manager’s operational and digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.

Key job responsibilities
  • Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Ads solutions.
  • Identify, optimize, and scale vertical level best practices across sales organization.
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.
  • Optimize operational workflows to save sales organization’s bandwidth, enabling more strategic customer engagement.
  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Contribute to developing annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals/objectives.
  • Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach.
  • Perform in‑depth data analysis to form and deliver actionable recommendations for both short and long‑term advertising strategy.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
  • Work cross‑functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications
  • 1+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in digital media including display/search advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management and business development.
  • Experience assessing complex data sets and developing recommendations based on assessments.
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience.
  • Outstanding MS Office skills:
    Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Display advertising sales/marketing experience.
