The Director, Product Management will oversee the innovation and strategic direction of the payment platforms digital experience globally, leveraging best‑in‑class technology. They will have expertise in building SaaS platforms, with some level of exposure in payments/B2B.

The successful candidate has a passion for driving customer value, solving business problems through technology and innovation and thrives in an employee first, customer centric culture. You will lead the envisioning, building, and launching of cutting‑edge products powered by ML/ AI that generate significant value for end‑users in the business payment industry.

You will take a leading role in the company’s B2B payments, foreign exchange, KYB and other digital product definitions & lifecycle management: analyse, define and apply suitable features and strategies starting with the product architecture, run market analyses and benchmarks, deep‑dive into existing processes and practices and propose suitable digital implementations meeting both users’/clients’ needs, take part in ideation and implementation stages, contribute to the business cases and strategies.

You are responsible for defining the WHAT and the WHY of our products, and clearly communicating the problems that need to be solved along with the vision and strategy for the product capabilities that address them. You are a “can‑do,” results‑oriented, collaborative and analytical individual, who can work well in a fast‑paced environment and within aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Own product roadmap from strategy to requirements to delivery
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, prospects, and internal teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps by generating new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience, driving our growth
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Produce and review product requirements documentation (user stories, features, etc.)
  • Manage the design team to turn specs into solutions, and analyze with engineering teams to plan and deliver great product outcomes
  • Coordinate testing and launching of products and version releases, driving intelligent ways to track product use and impact on end users
  • Interface with and ultimately manage external contributors including consultants and specialists
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base in line with company vision
  • Research the market, competitors, and clients to help continually conceptualize the future state of our products
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding, internally and externally
  • Requirements
  • Product managers with a 10+ years background in building platforms preferable within B2B payments and other disruptive fintech will be at a natural advantage in this role
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful SaaS product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical background with understanding of relevant design, project management and web technologies (Git Hub, Jira)
  • Creative thinking skills and an eye for good web app UI/UX design (Figma)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams: design, engineering, support, marketing
  • Zero ego: no job too small or too big mindset
  • Insatiable appetite for product‑led growth
  • Excellent knowledge of implementing and executing within the agile framework (user stories)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
