Required:

10 years

• Extensive experience with Service Now, specifically in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Service Now Development.
• Proficiency in Catalog development within the Service Portal.
• Strong experience in designing and developing integrations with Service Now.
• Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API.
• More than 3 years of experience in JavaScript.
• Involvement in at least one project application rollout, transition support, and platform upgrade.
• Experience with Service Now versions such as Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul, and Kingston.
• ITIL V2/V3 Certification.
• Experience in roles such as System Administrator, Architect, or Programmer Analyst in Service Now.
• Familiarity with web technologies like JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and HTTP.
• Experience with IT Service Management processes and tool configuration and administration.
• Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service Now applications, e.g., Service Catalog, Incident Management.

• Experience with additional Service Now modules and features.
• Advanced knowledge in Service Now scripting and development best practices.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Design and architect solutions within the Service Now platform to meet business needs.
• Develop and implement custom applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Service Now solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
