In this role you will:
  • Promote agile principles and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and provide training to ensure clear evidence of team outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery from discovery to production, managing risks and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Manager to ensure readiness:
    Environments, QA sign-off, Security approvals, Compliance to IR / OR, and SDLC
  • Apply systems thinking to drive continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve dependencies and risks, escalating structural impediments
  • Provide visibility into team status, deliverables, risks, and support needs
  • Ensure traceability using tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Track and share agile metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, predictability)
  • Develop integrated delivery strategies with timelines, action plans, dependencies, and risk management
  • Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Professional degree in Engineering or related fields
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager, facilitating agile events and guiding practices for multidisciplinary teams and management
  • 5+ years experience managing and delivering complex software projects
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of project management practices, disciplines, tools, and methodologies, coupled with working experience as a Scrum Master in a recent project / initiative, with development teams
  • Skilled facilitator and conciliatory leader in workplace conflicts, with assertive communication.
  • Experience in Delivery, organizing and managing production deployment steps for initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), flow metrics, continuous improvement, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), validation processes, QA, and production deployment.
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe®, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills to rapidly assess problem situations.
  • Demonstrates creativity and adaptability when identifying solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate on a broad spectrum (from deep technical discussions to high level executive vision)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationships management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Demonstrates proactivity and accountability.
