Location:

Our client is looking for an experienced Network/System Administrator to oversee and manage the company’s complete network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure. Administer and support core Microsoft/Office applications. Manage and configure call center systems. Provide high-level support and technical expertise in networking technology, including LAN/WAN hardware, switches, routers, and firewalls. Respond to and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

    Utilize basic scripting and programming skills for network automation and to streamline operations. Provide support and guidance to users, addressing and resolving any network-related issues they face. Lead and participate in projects for network improvement and expansion. Work closely with other departments to understand their networking needs and implement effective solutions.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a network administrator role or similar.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft/Office , call center systems, and PBX systems.
  • Good knowledge of networking, routers, and firewalls.
