Sr. Dev Ops Engineer

Job Description

• Deploy, manage, and support applications across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments with high availability and zero downtime.
• Operate and administer Kubernetes clusters including workload management, scaling, configuration, and service mesh integrations.
• Develop, package, and maintain Helm charts to standardize and automate microservices deployments.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines enabling continuous integration, automated testing, and multi-environment releases.
• Migrate and modernize CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins to Azure Dev Ops) with no service disruption.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  practices, including secure secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and vulnerability scanning.
• Monitor and improve platform reliability using centralized logging, metrics, and alerting tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Kubernetes, networking, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices deployments.
• Support messaging and data platforms, including Kafka-based event flows and backend data services.
• Provide 24x7 production support and participate in on-call rotations ensuring rapid incident resolution.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture workflows, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of Dev Ops standards and practices.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and architecture teams to ensure stable and secure releases.
