• Design and Implementation:
  Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and instances as Green Field to meet business requirements.
• Customization and Configuration:
  Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, reports, business rules, extensions, integrations, KUT fields, and custom objects.
• Integration:
  Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Security:
  Ensure the security and compliance of SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.
• MUST Have:
  Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4
  
  HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Utilities Industry.

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Service Cloud V2 and/or strong green field implementation experience of prior version of C4C.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C/4
  
  HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Functional Knowledge:
  Understanding of customer service processes of Utilities companies and best practices.
• Certifications:
  
  SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 are preferred.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

• Experience with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
