Akkodis is seeking an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and serve as an Agile Coach for the team and organization on Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

Agile Specialisation

8 to 10 years

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives); coach the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum framework.
• Remove impediments to the team's progress and elevate issues when necessary.
• Ensure transparency in team progress through metrics and reporting (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational agility with Agile delivery models and distributed team environments.
