Micromart is hiring our first Growth Marketer — a hands‑on performance marketer who will build, optimize, and scale our acquisition engine across paid media, performance‑driven social, website conversion, SEO, and affiliate/influencer partnerships. This is a full‑funnel, data‑driven growth role where you’ll design experiments, run campaigns, generate performance content, optimize funnels, and use data to guide every decision.
What You’ll Do Performance Marketing (Paid Media)- Execute and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, You Tube, Tik Tok, and other channels as needed
- Build and iterate on audiences, creative, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to continuously lower CAC and improve ROAS
- Identify scalable growth opportunities and test new channels quickly
- Create lean, high‑impact content optimized for reach, clicks, and conversions
- Post content across social platforms and relevant groups (Linked In, Meta, Reddit, niche forums, etc.)
- Use short‑form video, UGC‑style assets, and platform‑native formats to drive traffic
- Establish and scale an affiliate and micro‑influencer program targeting entrepreneurs and small business audiences
- Own conversion rate optimization on our Webflow site

- Ensure clean data, UTM governance, event‑level tracking, and reliable attribution
- Build dashboards and deliver regular performance insights to leadership
- Use SQL or BI tools to diagnose performance issues and uncover growth levers
- Conduct keyword research, metadata updates, and on‑site SEO tweaks (e.g. internal linking, page speed, canonical issues)
- Optimize landing pages and product pages for search visibility and conversion
- Track organic search performance, identify opportunities, and implement quick wins
- Collaborate with the team on content briefs where necessary (without managing full editorial content workflows)
- 3–7 years of hands‑on growth, performance marketing, or technical marketing experience
- Proven success running paid channels with measurable ROI
- Comfortable managing paid media across multiple platforms and experimenting with emerging channels
- Strong understanding of tracking, UTMs, attribution, and full‑funnel performance measurement
- Proven ability to combine analytical rigor with scrappy creative execution
- Experience generating lightweight performance content (static posts, short‑form, simple videos)
- Strong proficiency with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Hub Spot
- Google Analytics + Mixpanel
- Webflow
- Canva or Figma
- SQL, Metabase (working proficiency)
- Zapier, OpenAI, or other workflow automations
- Scrappy, resourceful, and outcome‑obsessed
- Analytical and data‑driven, but comfortable with creative execution
- Fast‑moving with a bias toward shipping and iteration
- Strong ownership mentality — you take the lead, follow through, and own results
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, startup environment
- Opportunity to build the growth engine from scratch — your impact will be immediate and visible
- High ownership and autonomy, with direct access to leadership
- Ability to experiment, fail fast, learn fast, and scale what works
- Mission‑driven work: helping small businesses purchase smarter and grow
- Competitive salary + equity package
- Health, dental, and vision benefits (for employees and dependents)
- Monthly gym‑membership stipend
- Remote flexibility with access to our Toronto office
- Downtown office location next to union station with gym, pickleball court, and much more.
