PC Financial is looking for a motivated
** UX Researcher Co-op
** to support the digital team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional design environment, learning from experienced researchers and designers and contributing to real-world projects. You’ll play a key role in assisting the team while building your skills in user-centered design.
** What you'll do:
*** Assist in planning and running
** user research studies** (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, concept testing).
* Support
** moderated and unmoderated usability testing**, including session setup, note-taking, and synthesis.
* Help recruit and schedule participants, following established research and privacy guidelines.
* Organize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data (notes, transcripts, survey results).
* Identify patterns, themes, and usability issues across research findings.
* Work closely with UX designers and product managers, to align research with product goals.
* Present research findings in a clear, concise way to internal stakeholders.
* Help maintain research documentation, templates, and repositories.
* Support research operations tasks such as consent forms, study plans, and research trackers.

* What you bring:
*** 0-1 years of experience in research, with a portfolio that demonstrates potential in user-centered design.
* Willingness to learn and apply design thinking methodologies to solve user problems.
* Familiarity with user research techniques, such as ethnography, usability testing or user interviews.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies.
* A Collaborative **“yes and”
** mentality, strong communication and presentation skills.
* Interest in accessibility and inclusive design practices.
