We are seeking a  Senior Service Designer  to support service innovation, program review, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work within cross‑functional teams using  human‑centred design ,  agile practices , and modern digital methods to design and improve end‑to‑end government services.
Tasks   Lead service discovery, research, and design activities for digital transformation initiatives
Apply human‑centred design methods across end‑to‑end service journeys
Conduct user and stakeholder research, interviews, and field studies
Create service blueprints, journey maps, and process maps
Facilitate co‑design workshops and design sessions with cross‑functional teams
Develop and test prototypes, concepts, and service designs
Translate insights into user stories, backlogs, and design recommendations
Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews
Evaluate service performance and user experience across multiple channels
Contribute to change management by supporting adoption of new services and processes
Requirements   Proven experience as a  Senior Service Designer  or in a similar service‑design role
Strong expertise in  human‑centred design  and service design methodologies
Experience working on  digital transformation  or service modernization initiatives
Hands‑on experience conducting  user research , usability testing, and service evaluations
Ability to create  journey maps, service blueprints, process maps, and prototypes
Experience working in  Agile/Scrum  delivery environments
Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to translate complex business and user needs into actionable design outputs
Experience supporting  change management  and service adoption
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
