Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM Functional Consultant

Fresh opportunity for a Functional Consultant/ Analyst, with skills in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementation, to join the delivery team at our award-winning MS Partner client.

• Project analysis, requirement gathering and design - conducting client workshops and developing functional design documentation
• Strong expertise around the sales order process and related areas
• Hands-on functional configuration and user acceptance testing of newly designed features and developments
• Supporting customers in training key users and overseeing go-live to ensure a smooth transition onto their new D365 CE platform

• Experienced in the functional implementation of Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE end to end (from either end customer or partner perspective)
• Strong understanding in one or more core modules, including sales, marketing, customer service, field service
• Full project lifecycle expertise
• Methodical and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team or independently
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a confident approach to customer interaction and stakeholder management
