We are looking for a hands-on Senior Database Developer with strong experience in database design, development, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and the ability to work independently on complex database development tasks within a fast-paced, financial services environment.

• Design and develop end-to-end database schemas
  , including tables, relationships, primary/foreign keys, indexes, and constraints based on business requirements.
• Build and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) ensuring data integrity, consistency, and performance.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
  .
• Collaborate with application and analytics teams to integrate data models with reporting and operational systems.
• Implement data quality, governance, and version control processes for schema changes.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and recommend design or indexing improvements.
• Work closely with architects to align database structures with enterprise data architecture and cloud strategy.

• Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL Server (database design, development, and optimization).
• Proven experience in data modeling – building new data structures and schemas from scratch.
• Expertise in SQL query tuning and performance optimization

• Solid understanding of data normalization, denormalization, relationships, and constraints
  .
• Experience working with ETL/ELT tools and data integration pipelines
  .
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Oracle, Postgre
  
  SQL, or similar RDBMS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops tools, or automation in database development.
• Exposure to big data or streaming environments.
