This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company from the ground up. From day one, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in service delivery, troubleshooting, and testing. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, people‑focused, and motivated individual with strong communication skills to ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from first interaction to final installation. At Beanfield, we’ve been delivering world‑class service for over 35 years—think 5‑star hotel standards in telecom. • Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
• Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
• Install, test, troubleshoot and repair as required to Beanfield standards
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on products and services
• Ensure the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
• Collect “as builds” information in a timely manner
• Complete administrative duties such as updating tickets and reports with detailed, accurate information
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence (G2 or above) is a must-have for the role
• Maintain a high standard of quality while following the employer’s safety standards and policies
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
• Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
  
  Must be able to work shift work
