Agile Methodology Execution
  • Lead delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban), adapting approaches to ensure quality execution and predictable outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted delivery advisor to Product Owners and business stakeholders, operating at squad, program, and enterprise levels as required.
  • Monitor and track team performance using agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, and predictability.
Standards, Controls & Readiness
  • Adhere to enterprise Agile Standards & Practices while applying PMLC and SDLC activities as required.
  • Ensure all delivery activities and artifacts are coordinated and production-ready in alignment with Mandatory Operational Readiness (MOR) requirements.
  • Identify delivery risks, issues, and dependencies; manage status reporting, change requests, and issue logs using enterprise project management tools (e.g., Clarity).
Backlog, Tooling & Governance
