• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business rules into technical requirements and controls.
• Expert in SQL and strong hands‑on experience with Spark SQL.
• Proficiency with APIs (Postman), Databricks for data retrieval and validation.
• Familiarity with AXIOM and other Treasury platforms.
• Strong understanding of capital metrics (CET1, retail vs wholesale), ALM, liquidity, and funds transfer pricing.
• Skilled in data mapping, documentation, governance, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring analysts or technical teams.

Insight Global is looking for a Sr Business Data Analyst to join one of our top financial partners.

This role focuses on building and improving capital management solutions within Treasury Technology. You’ll work with business and tech teams to turn complex rules into clear requirements and ensure data accuracy.

• Translate business rules into technical requirements and data mappings.
• Onboard and profile data sources; maintain data quality and lineage.
• Partner with engineers to build data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Write user stories, test plans, and support QA for system integrity.
• Document processes for compliance and contribute to best practices.
