We bring to life each client’s desire to travel in a way that’s tailored specifically for them, in the company of local private guides who ensure that they enjoy the authentic best of their destination. The result is a unique journey rich in memories that last a lifetime. We achieve this because of our extraordinary people, experts with deep knowledge of their destinations.

We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Product Marketing Manager (Content & SEO) to lead our organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, and AI‑first search. You’ll shape our search and answer ecosystem presence, optimizing for both traditional search engines and emerging generative and conversational platforms. This is a strategic role, ideal for someone who understands both the fundamentals of SEO and the rapidly evolving world of AEO/GEO.

You’ll use data, structured content, and modern optimization frameworks to drive qualified traffic and high‑intent leads from non‑paid sources. You will lead strategy, create exceptional briefs, partner with writers, and guide development teams on structure, schema, and site architecture.

What You’ll Lead
  • Build and execute a unified strategy across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
  • Develop highly detailed, data‑backed content briefs for writers and editors.
  • Define the topics that matter, the structure they need, and the schema that supports them.
  • Build robust editorial calendars tied to demand signals for each travel vertical.
  • Lead keyword, topic, and intent research with both SEO tools and AI.
  • Write strategic meta titles, meta descriptions, and structured data to improve rankings, CTR, and answer box visibility.
  • Partner with UX and development to optimize site structure, URL frameworks, navigation, and internal linking for topical authority.
  • Own dashboarding and performance reporting using SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and Amplitude.
  • Provide monthly “so what” insights that translate data into clear business outcomes.
  • Work closely with content, development, UX, data, and creative teams.
  • Guide writers with briefs, support dev with schema and structure, and align priorities across the organization.
What Success Looks Like
  • Growth in organic traffic (sessions and share of total visits)
  • Increase in qualified leads from non‑paid channels
  • Improvement in organic CTR and keyword visibility across key categories
  • Authority and visibility in AI‑driven search results (AEO/GEO impact)
  • Content production velocity and optimization quality (brief‑to‑live efficiency)
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands‑on Content and SEO experience (AEO/GEO exposure preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in content, marketing, business, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and lead generation
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT/Perplexity, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Familiarity with schema markup, page experience signals, and content modeling.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for metadata, briefs, and strategic content direction.
  • Comfortable presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
