Site Reliability Engineer – Platform Infrastructure (Remote – Canada)

OverviewAs a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, platform optimization, and development enablement—designing robust systems while experimenting with emerging tools and technologies. This role offers the perfect balance of coding and cloud infrastructure engineering. You’ll work closely with developers, product teams, and QA engineers to support efficient, reliable feature delivery—powering a fast‑growing platform with AWS, Kubernetes, Pulumi, and a highly tuned CI/CD system.
Responsibilities- Hands‑On Engineering – 70%
- Team Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Work – 30%
- 2+ years of experience in SRE, Dev Ops, or production infrastructure roles with a cloud‑native product focus
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, IAM, etc.), Kubernetes, and container orchestration at scale
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code using Pulumi, Terraform, or CDK
- Exposure to Elasticsearch, MLOps tooling, or advanced monitoring strategies
- Hands‑on experience with Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Git Lab CI pipelines in active use
