We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. Reporting into the Director, Employee and Labour Relations, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert advice and guidance to an assigned client group on a broad range of Human Resources and Labour Relations related issues. This role is a key point of contact for organization leadership to ensures that their decision making aligns to Human Resources leading practices and the Hospital’s strategic goals.

The Employee and Labour Relations team at Humber River Health plays a critical role in managing the complexities of labour relations within a large, multi-hospital environment, supporting a diverse workforce of roughly 5,000 employees across Humber River Health’s three sites. With responsibility for six (6) bargaining units and approximately 4,200 unionized employees, we help maintain a positive and productive workplace culture that upholds the values of respect, fairness, and compliance.
