A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator based in Toronto, Ontario. This hybrid position requires coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, administering the Learning Management System, and ensuring a consistent training experience across branches. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR or training coordination, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Bilingual skills in English and French are a plus.
