9 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday; standard 37.5 hours/week – no overtime.
As a member of the Bank’s Talent Strategy Community of Expertise (COE), the Associate, Executive Talent Acquisition plays an important role in identifying executive talent that aligns with the Bank’s values and behaviours, reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Responsibilities- Provides confidential support for experience hiring in Tech search activity, including participation in Tech search meetings with search firms; partnering with internal teams and external search firms to coordinate candidate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience (including on-site arrangements and occasional in-person candidate interaction).
- Engages as a key point of contact with external Tech search firms for Tech search vacancies and communicates updates to the search team, HR Business Partners, hiring leaders and VP, Leadership & Talent Management.
- Manages all invoice processing, ensuring approvals and submissions are in line with the Bank’s accounting processes.
- Manages and maintains the central SharePoint database for all experience hiring in Tech Talent Acquisition materials, ensuring documents are up to date and archived regularly; provides feedback and recommendations for process improvements in experience hiring in Tech TA.
- Works closely with the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition in support of various projects across experience hiring in Tech Talent Acquisition; may engage with the Tech search team to support on search activities, including candidate sourcing and screening as time permits.
- Contributes to the overall success of Talent Strategy, delivering on goals, plans and initiatives in support of the team’s strategies and objectives.
- Supports Talent Strategy globally and in alignment with the Bank’s vision and Global Human Resources strategy.
- Maintains a customer-focused culture to deepen internal and external relationships and leverages broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- At least 3 years of progressive human resources experience, in recruitment and/or working with Tech-level research.
- At least 1 year of experience in candidate sourcing, including experience working with Linked In Recruiter.
- Experience with candidate screening and assessments.
- Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset.
- Bilingual communication skills in French and/or Spanish is an asset.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred.
The best candidate is quick on their feet, does not get flustered with high volume, is highly organized, and can partner with recruiters while also advocating when necessary.
