What You’ll Do:- Manage multiple VMS requisitions simultaneously
- Source and qualify top-tier tech and digital talent
- Submit with precision, speed, and accuracy
- Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the process
- Track metrics and optimize submission-to-interview ratios
- Partner internally to prioritize and execute at a high level
- 3–7+ years agency recruitment experience
- Proven success working within VMS/MSP programs
- Experience recruiting technical, digital, or creative roles
