Position: Campus Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month contract)
Position Description At CGI, we pride ourselves on the amazing teams we build, currently we are looking for a Campus Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow. In this role, you will be part of the National Campus Recruitment team with a specific focus recruiting in the Greater Toronto area (GTA). Join our Campus Recruitment team where you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our co-op programs in the GTA while contributing creative ideas that help us evolve our campus talent attraction strategy!
Responsibilities   Foster, maintain and nurture relationships with target schools, partnering with career services, faculty/staff and student groups to manage our on-campus presence
Identify, coordinate and lead participation in GTA university/college campus recruitment events, measure success of events and provide recommendations to guide future investment decisions
Lead GTA co-op recruiting by managing the recruitment process for 30-40 co-op requisitions each term
Identify sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to build a pipeline for our diversity and inclusion focused co-op programs including Women in STEM Excel (WiSE) and Indigenous Student Internship co-op programs
Identify and optimize process/technology inefficiencies to further accelerate results
Achieve customer satisfaction with key internal/external partners through recruiting delivery and service
Act as a brand ambassador for CGI to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Utilize Linked In to promote the CGI brand and attract candidates to CGI
Collaborate with campus recruitment team to develop new ideas and strategies to attract talent in a creative way
Support new grad recruitment in peak periods

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role   1+ years of campus recruitment experience
Post-secondary degree or diploma with a specialization in HR preferred
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
Ability to work in a close-knit team that collaborates to develop ongoing enhancements to the campus recruitment strategy
Demonstrable experience in developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify and understand needs and address gaps
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a workload with challenging priorities; highly organized and able to multitask
Experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple partners
Collaboration, communication and active listening skills
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $26.44 - $50.48/hour. This role is an existing vacancy.
