CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Full-Time HRIS Coordinator.
The salary range for this position is between $55,000 to $60,000 annually

The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Capital Management (HCM) for the organization. They would provide analytical and technical support in pursuit of HCM initiatives and other HCM-related responsibilities.
As an HRIS Coordinator, you will:
- Work closely with business process owners to gather and document business requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for workers seeking technical assistance on the HCM
- Manage unresolved issues with the next level of support, including creation of cases with the vendor
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements to meet business goals
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and walk end users through the resolution
- Complete standard technical changes, including mass updates or table maintenance
- Coordinate test plan for new features, including resource engagement, test scripts and documentation
- Support HCM upgrades and enhancements, including evaluation of release notes
- Maintain access rights and ensure roles are assigned to end users accurately and on a timely basis
- Maintain security and data integrity in the HCM by conducting regular audits
- Responsible for system reporting including new report generation, plus business intelligence and analytics.
- Run reports and support data analysis
- May develop learning material, including presentations, reference guides, handouts, and FAQs that will enhance and promote user adoption, liaising with subject matter experts as required
- Work in accordance with company health and safety guidelines and procedures; actively participate in safety initiatives, and promptly report any hazards or concerns.
- Ensure proper use of routine practices and use of personal protective equipment as required.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality of clients/caregivers/families and the health care team. Obtain verbal, or when required, signed consent to treat and ensure ongoing consent
- Post-secondary school three (3) year Community College diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, extensive knowledge and experience with technology (hardware, software and applications) OR - University degree in Business Administration, Computer and one (1) year experience in one or more of the following areas:
Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, extensive knowledge and experience with technology (hardware, software and applications) (Please specify your experience as it relates to one or all of the areas listed) - Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably UKG
- Human Resources/Payroll background is an asset
- Strong computer literacy with various applications and programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
