As the Employee Relations Partner you will consult on a range of employee relations matters within your assigned business area. You will provide guidance on performance management and conflict resolution, conduct workplace investigations, and work with key stakeholders to ensure positive employee relations.
How you will create impact:
Providing day-to-day employee relations advice and support on a variety of practices, including coaching on conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Developing and implementing proactive employee relations strategies that foster a positive work environment and a high-performance culture.
Conducting workplace investigations, ensuring matters are resolved in a timely manner and in alignment with employment standards and best practices.
Building key relationships and networks with leaders and employees by championing employee relations strategies, programs and practices.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure our employee relations centre of excellence is aligned with strategic objectives and industry best practice.
Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
