As a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders, you will work to elevate leadership effectiveness, strengthen organizational health, and build the programs and frameworks required to support a fast-growing company. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders, building and operationalizing people programs, and delivering high-quality, context-informed solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to support our Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations organizations. In this role, you will be a key contributor in shaping a high-impact People Business Partnership function that drives high performance, engagement, and scalable growth across the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Partnership:
    Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and insights that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support high performance.
  • People Strategy Development:
    Build and execute people strategies that enhance team performance, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
  • Program Design & Optimization:
    Design, implement, and continuously improve people programs across performance, development, engagement, and career progression.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other People teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Change Management & Workforce Planning:
    Lead change initiatives and support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent movement to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Data‑Informed Decision‑Making:
    Use people analytics and qualitative insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of people strategies and programs.
  • Leadership & Employee Enablement:
    Deliver training, coaching, and tools that build capability, develop leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
About You
  • Education & Credentials:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation is a plus.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role with a proven ability to collaborate with leadership across various functions.
  • Expertise:
    Strong understanding of HR legislation and labor standards, with advanced knowledge in key people practices such as talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Program Development:
    Proven ability to develop and implement people programs that cater to the unique needs of client success, marketing, finance, and operational teams.
  • Project Leadership:
    Demonstrated skills in project and change management, with the capability to lead initiatives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
  • Organizational Excellence:
    Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Confidentiality:
    High discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in French being a plus. Comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
