We’re looking for a seasoned and pragmatic
Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support our Engineering, Product, Technology, and Information Security organizations. This role partners closely with senior technology leaders, including the CTO, CPO, and CISO, and plays a critical role in enabling high-performing, scalable, and engaged technical teams across a global organization. What you will be doing:
Strategic Business Partnership:Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology, product, and security leaders, providing solution-oriented, business-aligned people guidance.Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness to support delivery and long-term sustainability.Support leadership teams through performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, retention planning, and the delivery of core people programs.Support global leaders and leadership teams across regions, partnering effectively in a matrixed, international environment.Employee Relations & Leadership Support:Manage and advise on complex employee relations matters, applying sound judgment, discretion, and consistency across regions.Coach leaders on people leadership topics including performance, feedback, development, and navigating sensitive situations.Support leadership transitions and team changes with clarity, empathy, and structure.Data, Insights & Program Execution:Leverage people data and AI-driven insights to identify trends related to engagement, attrition, productivity, and organizational health, particularly within technical teams.Translate insights into clear recommendations and actions that leaders can realistically execute.Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards & Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and FP&A to ensure people programs are aligned, scalable, well-governed, and effectively delivered.People Leadership &
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Directly manage and develop 1–2 People team members, providing coaching, prioritization, and support to ensure high-quality execution.Collaborate closely with regional HRBPs and global People team partners to ensure consistent people practices across geographies.Support change initiatives through clear planning, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution.Act as a steady, credible presence for leaders and teams during periods of growth, change, or increased complexity.What you will bring:
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders, ideally within engineering, product, technology, or security environments.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and executional levels, with a strong solution-oriented mindset.Strong judgment and experience handling complex employee relations and leadership issues.Comfortable using data to inform decisions, while balancing nuance and real-world context, including leveraging emerging tools and technologies (such as AI-enabled insights) to improve people practices and decision-making.Experience working in a global organization, partnering across regions and time zones.Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.Collaborative, calm under pressure, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.Clear, direct communicator with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.Nic…
