Position Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources Team. Reporting into the Director, Employee and Labour Relations, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing expert advice and guidance to an assigned client group on a broad range of Human Resources and Labour Relations related issues.
This role is a key point of contact for organization leadership to ensures that their decision making aligns to Human Resources leading practices and the Hospital’s strategic goals.
About Our Team:
The Employee and Labour Relations team at Humber River Health plays a critical role in managing the complexities of labour relations within a large, multi-hospital environment, supporting a diverse workforce of roughly 5,000 employees across Humber River Health’s three sites. With responsibility for six (6) bargaining units and approximately 4,200 unionized employees, we help maintain a positive and productive workplace culture that upholds the values of respect, fairness, and compliance.
