We have been engaged by our client, a Canadian based Gold company to find a HR Manager for its asset in Northern Ontario. This candidate would need at least 10 years experience in Human Resources and preferably 5 years in a similar leadership role in a mining environment.

The HR Manager will lead the HR Department at the mine site which will entail oversight and management of performance management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, policies/procedures and administration. The HR Manager is a member of the site senior leadership team and reports to the Mine General Manager and indirectly to the VP, HR. This role has a very strong compensation package and an opportunity for a clear career path.
