At the centre of Bell’s transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team, you will enable industry‑leading businesses by collaborating with teams such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. Summary
As Director, Talent & Learning Management, you will lead enterprise‑wide strategies that shape culture, enable transformation, and accelerate talent development. This role partners with senior leaders and HR teams to design and deliver programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee executive and management leadership development, talent management and succession programs with centralized design and governance, in partnership with our HR Business Partners and Executive Services teams.

Ensure our annual performance management process operates with efficiency and effectiveness, in partnership with HR Business Partner, digital HR, compensation and HR BI teams.

Champion the evolution of career pathing for high‑tech talent, ensuring alignment with emerging skills in the market, business requirements and employee career development priorities.

Lead enterprise‑wide AI enablement and change management priorities, driving adoption and readiness for AI at scale for all team members.

Champion enterprise learning including mandatory training, and learning platform administration governance and operations.

Lead HR planning and governance, including an integrated and dynamic internal communication cadence, priority setting and budget management.

Support strategic cross‑functional initiatives through the HR PMO team through direct project management and/or general project governance ensuring strong employee experience, change management and communications.

Critical Qualifications

10+ years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or related fields.

Proven ability to lead large‑scale change initiatives and cultural transformation.

Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and coaching.

Advanced knowledge of data analytics and HR technology platforms.

Technical curiosity to leverage automation and AI as enablers to reaching business goals.

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
