This position offers a salary range of $72,000 - $80,000 CAD per year plus participation in a discretionary bonus plan. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications. The role is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first point of contact for HR support to employees and managers across our global offices, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, programs, benefits, perks and redirecting as needed to appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding including communications with other internal stakeholders to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Lead the off-boarding process including but not limited to Exit Interviews, HRIS changes, payroll & benefit updates.
  • Support audits and regulatory filings for Blue Cat’s US entity, including EEO-1, ACA reporting, and other required submissions.
  • Design, build, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead strategic engagement programs including, but not limited to, Wellness programming, DEIB initiatives, and Employee Recognition via Award Co.
  • Coordinate and execute annual engagement surveys and performance review processes in Culture Amp, ensuring data accuracy, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of employee data within Bamboo

    HR, serving as a key HRIS owner and subject matter expert; promote continuous improvement to HRIS workflows, reporting capabilities, and system configuration.
  • Administration of global benefits programs including, but not limited to, working with our third‑party benefits brokers and insurance carriers, processing employees’ questions, processing leave of absence claims, US state leave program maintenance, facilitating annual open enrollment.
  • Support payroll by accurately processing changes in HRIS and internal systems, ensuring consistent reporting across platforms.
  • Prepare employment verification letters and other correspondence.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, People Analytics, Information Management.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally with HRIS and other HR systems.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with US and Canadian benefits administration.
  • Experience providing HR support to a global workforce.
  • Solid knowledge of US employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Bamboo

    HR, Culture Amp (definite asset).
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HR reporting and dashboard creation using HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
