Job Summary

As a Corporate Concierge in an exclusive dining venue within a top 5 Canadian bank's headquarters, you are the face of premium hospitality. Your creativity, personal commitment, and sophisticated approach will make a profound positive impact on valued clients, executives, and guests. The role involves anticipating needs, curating bespoke experiences, and ensuring seamless, high-touch service, upholding the prestigious image of both the dining establishment and the bank.

The Concierge Supervisor provides essential, high-level support for catering and events. This role demands sophisticated judgment, astute discretion, and rigorous adherence to all health, safety, and security protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services:
    Proactively welcome guests to cultivate a refined atmosphere and create lasting impressions.
  • Anticipate operational challenges and implement high-level solutions for seamless service.
  • Infuse a personal touch into all digital communications, maintaining a premium connection throughout the reservation lifecycle.
  • Ensure prompt, professional responses to all inquiries, reflecting 5-star standards.
  • Exercise discretion, creativity, and efficiency in managing complex inquiries or resolving high-priority concerns.
  • Strategically develop weekly schedules for optimal staffing.
  • Provide expert coverage for breaks and vacations, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Spearhead the evolution of concierge training programs and personnel development.
  • Oversee high-volume administrative projects, maintaining rigorous detail and accountability.
  • Monitor concierge metrics and facilitate attainment of operational and strategic goals.
  • Audit all communication channels, escalate matters of high strategic importance as needed.
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for internal inquiries, providing clear guidance to the team.
  • Rigorously enforce corporate standards and procedures, providing constructive feedback to elevate staff performance.
  • Coordinate planning and sophisticated coordination for Private Dining and À La Carte reservations, liaising with Conference Center stakeholders.
  • Coordinate intricate dietary requirements and specialized orders with precision and care.
  • Manage sensitive requests for financial documentation with the highest level of precision and confidentiality.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver a seamless, client-centric experience.
  • Deliver high-level service during daytime and evening engagements, adhering to Banquet Event Order specifications.
  • Participate in strategic briefings with Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams for total operational alignment.
Qualifications / Core Competencies
  • Lead concierge or GSA experience in luxury hotel or comparable corporate/hospitality environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMS is an asset.
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette required.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible availability – opening, mid, and closing shifts as required.
