A community service agency in Toronto is seeking a Social Worker for a 12-month contract focusing on Hospice, Grief, and Bereavement. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work, a minimum of three years of clinical experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include providing counseling, case management, and support to clients and families facing life-limiting illnesses, as well as facilitating bereavement groups.

Fluency in Russian or Hebrew is considered an asset.
