As the Clinic Assistant manager
, you’ll guide our team in helping clients achieve their version of GOOD:

• Leading by Example: Assist the Clinic Manager to motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day‑to‑day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.

  Provide exceptional customer service to ensure each client leaves the clinic satisfied with their treatment and LCC experience.

• Canadian Medical Aesthetics diploma or certificate (essential)
• Experience in an assistant or supervising position
• Experience treating advanced Laser and skin treatments, with a focus on excellent customer service and results
