Overview

Job Title: Patient Services Specialist

Location: FYidoctors - Toronto - Bloor
- Islington

This is a full-time role, working 30-40 hours per week
. The clinic is open Monday to Friday
. You will deliver world-class service to make a positive impact on patients’ lives and will be the first point of contact with patients, handling front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties.

• Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
• Checking patients in and out of the office
• Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
• Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
• Administering pre-testing services
• Upholding excellent customer service standards

• Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• A high level of comfort using technology with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
• A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
• An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The expected starting compensation for this position is $18.92 - $19.38 per hour, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
