We are looking for PSW with Dementia experience on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday nights close to Avenue Road and Dupont Street
. You must commit to every weekend.

As a Personal Support Worker/Caregiver
, you’ll play a key role in improving the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support. Reporting to the Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver services that meet each client’s unique needs in a safe and caring environment.

• Assist with morning and evening care routines
  .
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping to ensure a comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with ambulation, outings, and errands
  .
• Support with medication reminders and basic health tasks.
• Follow and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  .
• Help clients manage daily activities with care and dignity.

• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (e.g., foreign-trained nurse, nursing student with at least one year of training).
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
  .
• Clear Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Screening) or willingness to obtain one.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Reliable internet access and a mobile phone.
• Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer’s care is an asset.
